One thing is: A sound dish. So lets say, Im a cop, I see some suspicious looking guys 80 feet away. If
I get close, theyll spot me. and i cant listen to them without getting close. So I take out this radar-dish looking thing, and I shows what theyre saying. can it be done?
Another: The admin comman "Jail". I can use it, but I cant set a jail position because I dont have the rank.
Lastly: Votekick and Voteban. Kinda self explanatory, people can ust start a votekick/ban and if maority wins, he'll be kicked/banned(for an hour er so)

Indeed some of yar ideas are good, i think we had a votekick that automaticaly banned the peep for 5 min, im not sure btu the ideas or good, anyway, how would u use the sound dish?

You just point at the general vicinity of a person and it shows their chat. Or something similar.

No but i mean how to really use it, do you have a laser pointer and u point it at a point or u hold the thing against a wall?

Probably just a laser-designator pointed by the people feet, and it would make an extension of the area around you that you can hear. Hope that answers your question. I'm kinda tired.... To early to think>.>

EDIT: I'll go into a sandbox game and make a test model, looks kinda like a mini radar dish thing.
