Mayor should be able to have gunlicense. I am mayor and and im not able to get a gun bigger then magnum.

The cops are there for a reason. Why would the mayor get his hands dirty, when he could just make some random cop do it? You don't see a mayor go around with a minigun in real life. (Well, I hope not xD)
